Paul has over 33 years of civil and structural experience, joining The CSE Group in 1999. His previous experience was with rural and metropolitan local government. His expertise includes:

  • Design and supervision of industrial developments including steel and precast concrete buildings, factory monorails, platforms, extensions and additions

  • Design of commercial buildings and extension and rehabilitation of retail and office premises

  • Design of structural elements in residential developments

  • Scoping of design works for alterations and additions to residential, commercial and industrial sites

  • Structural and Civil designs for local government including sports stadiums, kindergartens and parks

  • Site investigation and classification to AS 2870

  • Building damage reports

  • Design of viewing platforms and staircases for Parks Victoria

  • Racecourse Track refurbishment including surface treatment, sub surface, drainage and other infrastructure

  • Urban and Rural Road Design

  • Retaining walls and shelters

  • Landfill Reinstatement
